Some covers have complete stories, but some have only fake excerpts.

The "excerpts" are not really morsels excerpted from complete stories. They are just small enhancements for the cover art, along the lines of flash fiction. For these, no stories actually exist. In some cases, complete stories may eventually be written for them. Look for these in the future!
